    December 25, 2020 - Christmas Day sipper.

Notes are the same from earlier this year.

    Liquid gold in glass.
Hints of toffee, caramel, cashews followed by a ton of honeysuckle, with teases of cotton candy. Some cantaloupe melon as well.
Absolutely delightful in the mouth. Rounder, as the acidity has dropped away with age. Taste follow the nose. LONG finish. Drank over five hours.

What a wonderful wine. Such good value. Delicious and Merry Christmas!

Absolutely delightful in the mouth. Rounder, as the acidity has dropped away with age. Taste follow the nose. LONG finish. Drank over five hours. My last glass was by far the best. Makes me think I should have decanted this bottle. (thoughts on this anyone?)

November 2, 2019 - Showing great, fresh and youthful, loads of unctuous fruit, candied apple, coconut creme, yet balanced with just the right amount of acidity. Yum!

July 17, 2019 - Fresh yellow appearance, showing no signs of ageing, which is a relief as the Beaucastel Rousanne really does not last this long. Nose of floral honeysuckle. Rich and full bodied on the palate, sweet finish of lemon and honey - delicious. Stone fruits: peach and apricot, long finish. Acidity only medium, though could be cloaked by the weight of fruit. slight oak tannin grip in the background. This will continue to evolve for some time years yet, no need to rush to drink.
