March 16, 2010 - Popped and poured. Nose of cedar, plums and sweet black cherries with a slight background of barnyard. Coffee, blueberry, and cigar tobacco notes with the cigar tobacco really coming out on the finish. Medium-bodied. Pleasant - really mellowed out after an hour or so.

January 10, 2010 - Well past its prime with lots of sediment. Improved slightly after two hours of decanting.
