August 2, 2020 - Very pale salmon colour, with lots of tiny bubbles. Light aromas of mild raspberries and minerals. Medium body, high acidity, fruity, some sweetnes, but finish is dry.

September 25, 2015 - Belle couleur rosée assez pâle, bonne prise de mousse. Au nez, il ressemble au blanc (brioché), mais avec une nuance de fruit rouge. En bouche, il semble plus sec et vif que sa cuvée Clos des Demoiselles, avec une note de fruit rouge.
Bon mousseux rosé, mais je lui préfère sa cuvée Clos des Demoiselles.
