November 23, 2012 - Boekenhoutskloof Winemakers dinner. (@ Bottles; Sas van Gent, Netherlands): Beautiful bouquet with some Cabernet Franc impressions, some anise and fennel. On the palate soft acidity and tannin, round fruits, some bitterness and mocha, Beautiful wine which will improve with some more ageing.
