August 28, 2017 - Gorgeous. Mature aromas of butterscotch, hazelnuts, yellow raisins, and candied ginger. Soft lime and minerals on the palate. Complete and delicious.

February 27, 2017 - Sophisticated and pretty. Roasted hazelnuts, lemon curd, and spices. Soft butteriness and sparkling minerality. Graceful, calm, balanced, nothing too assertive.
