August 11, 2013 - Very nice and crisp version of Chardonnay, especially for a Paso Robles version. Lemons and green apple on the nose and palate, med acidity and med length finish. Delicious, will drink well another 2 years or so.

April 28, 2013 - Clear lemon yellow color of medium intensity, Nose dominated by green apple and citrus. Palate had pears, citrus and gooseberries. Nicely balanced with medium acid. This wine had a nice medium finish.

December 15, 2012 - PnP straight from the fridge.
Clear, med gold in color, with med-fast dropping legs.
The nose is in good condition, showing developing, med intensity aromas of mineral-driven pear and green apple, a hint of vanilla and a faint spiciness in the upper register.
The palate shows off a dry wine, with med body and med alcohol (13.7% abv), presenting with med intensity flavors of pear and apricot, vanilla, and a bit of honey, followed up immediately with a gorgeous med acidity, leading into a med/med(+) length finish of stone fruit, light vanilla, and chalk.
This wine was a bit flabby 8 mos ago, and has really improved with a bit of bottle age, showing off well-balanced fruit and acidity, with no apparent heat from the 13.7% alcohol. A very good quality wine that has reached it's maturity, but will continue to drink well for another 1-2 years.

August 14, 2012 - Fantastic bottle. Time has done this justice. Well defined lemon pie flavors with green apples and a touch of vanilla cream. Delicious. Fair amount of minerality shows up towards the finish where the wine begins to thin a bit but recovers to finish with med(-) length but good intensity. Good acidity too. Bright, moderate flesh, and tasty. Lovely

June 29, 2012 - Nice lemony crust and cream flavors with good minerality but this bottle seemed to lack verve... a bit soft and dilute. Pleasant enough and paired ok with rosemary chicken but where's the intensity I remember from previous experiences?
