October 7, 2019 - Surprisingly fresh and enjoyable. Plenty of fruit left and well balanced.

August 16, 2015 - Ruddy but not too thick red. Stewed red fruits and leather nose. Light to medium bodied, cranberries, cherries, soft tannins, decent acid, and a nice, fruit-filled medium plus finish. Good, but aging fast. Drink up.

July 1, 2015 - Lots of cherry and sweet oak initially with a little heat. It mellows out quickly to reveal more of a melange of dark red fruits and well integrated oak with a touch of spice. Without food the tannins got very grippy after a short time in the glass but I popped some dark chocolate covered blueberries and the wine suddenly seemed very juicy. Overall a nice mid-week wine that is just starting to show some age with a barely perceptible sherry-like note in the background.
