  August 31, 2008 - Medium deep ruby on color. Lots of garrigue, anise, raspberries, and dark cherries. It sounds silly, but this smells of Provence. Medium weight with more raspberry/cherry notesalong with sage, lavender, more garrigue, and fresh cracked pepper. . A touch of unripe pips (I assume) gives this a hint of astrignecy and greeness. Really pleasureable and a screaming value. At peak. Drink up 87 pts

  April 26, 2008 - This is at or near its apogee. After 30 minutes in the glass, it just sings. It should drink well for several more years.

  November 1, 2006 - Bright med ruby, intoxicating aromas of fruit & spices, herbs, camphor, nutmeg, raspberry, strawberry, b3, a4, t4, med body w/tangy fruit & rustic tannic finish, takes on nice citrusy floral scents w/air, a bit sharp else terrific wine
