December 25, 2015 - A light straw coloring when poured. Very smooth with some lemon/lime notes, a hint of minerals and a creaminess throughout. Seems a tad light! Handled most of Christmas dinner with aplomb!
December 25, 2014 - A medium straw coloring when poured. Very smooth with some lemon/lime citrus notes, along with some granny smith apple and hint of mineral undertone. Well structured and drinking very well.

March 15, 2012 - Oliver Bernstein Tasting (Fix St James, Sydney): Closed and shy on the nose, there is some lemon cream that comes through with vigorous swirling. The palate is better, showing poise and structure. Needs time.
