March 8, 2020 - passive storage since direct purchase. Not only is the wine still viable, it's gotten kinda interesting. Any tropical notes are gone, and there is a surprising truffle-like note that I've only experienced with Dagueneau SBs. Drank w oysters and smoked scallop risotto.

December 30, 2012 - Pale chiffon with appealing viscosity in the glass. Classic citrus/grassy palate. Impressive acidity, well-balanced by a waxy structure and medium body. Faint herbal notes to boot. Less crisp than most SBs, an element more than compensated by the wine's complexity and layered flavoring. Easily exceeded expectations.

May 19, 2012 - Wonderful nose. Tastes of tropical fruit & apricot. A really refreshing, enjoyable bottle on a warm day. Plan to buy more.
