    January 28, 2020 - Full bodied Zin with notes of blackberries and plums. Tasted great with brisket chili on a winter’s night.

    October 6, 2012 - Tried it at Pappas' Steakhouse Zin tasting. 14.9% alcohol. Medium minus to no acidity renders it a little flabby. Tannins are medium to medium plus. Big California fruit bomb with lots of oak. Not bad if you like this style.

    October 3, 2012 - First time I've ever said this but buttery popcorn on the nose. Loads of oak coming through. Massively fruit forward with a little spice coming through & pepper jammed in on the finish. Little to no acidity & velvety smooth finish. Nice moderate finish & big Cali fruit.
