November 15, 2021 - Bright yellow golden colour. A whiff of dusty aroma, followed by pineapple, river rocks. Pineapple, lemon, yellow peach. Medium acidity, great fruit and at the right balance of freshness. Great time for this wine

June 6, 2020 - Bright golden green colour. Fresh aroma of pineapple, lemon. Medium acidity, lemon, pineapple, butterscotch. Still in the early stages of maturing, still fresh but with lower acidity and introducing sweet honey and butterscotch. Requires a bit of time to breathe and improves at a lower temp then normal.

June 22, 2019 - Hunter whistlestop 2019 #3 (Hunter Valley): Honey, butter, toast, a little green apple. Juicy acid, more grassy in the palate finishes a little creamy. Simple but a good 'cheap' aged Hunter Semillon.

May 12, 2018 - Golden green colour. Sharp acidity, lemon and Lime, pineapple. No mature characteristics, slightly tingly on the tongue. I will Leave it 2-3 years before I open the next bottle.
