  March 21, 2015 - My first try at Savagnin, I like'd it alot allthough it was a bit awkward and disjointed upon opening but opened up nicely in the decanter.
  
  Went great with cheeses and Rillette de Canard. This can age too I had a rest sitting in the decanter till the next day and it still tasted great.
