July 4, 2020 - Aromas of bread dough, yeast and mineral. Flavors of bread dough, yeast, mineral and shortbread. Ends with a 15+ second with mineral notes. Still a great value for $25.

April 13, 2020 - Nose > Creamy/steely quince, limestone, red & Ranier cherry, green plum, petrichor, citrus pith & touch of rhubarb.
Fragrant, pungent, smoky & aromatic.
Palate > Tart orchard fruit, quince, nectarine, lime, citrus zest, ginger & Bosc pear skin.
Full, round, earthy. Excellent acidity. Drinks like low-ish dosage.
Really drinking beautifully now. Great QPR. -
