September 17, 2022 - Just kept getting better with more air. Building depth and the fruit came to forefront. Had an off putting medicinal note at first, but that went away after a couple of hours.
Dark red fruit, roses with herbal/earthy notes. Good acidity. Not much of finish. Plenty of tannins on the back end to keep improving over the next 5 years.1 person found this helpful Comment -
