July 6, 2019 - This was a very nice wine. I have had this wine in my cellar since I bought it on release. Looks young with a deep garnet color and no bricking. Nose had a little funk when started but opened up after an hour. Agree with others on the tastes of cherries, cassis, leather, tobacco, and a little vanilla. Tannins are well integrated. I think this is mature but has many years left (5+). Had with a steak and was a very nice pairing.

March 27, 2019 - Deep garnet in color with slight bricking edge. Nose of cherries and tobacco with hint of earth. Tastes of cherries, tobacco, and leather with hint of vanilla. Well into tertiary flavors. Light on fruit, but still having tannins. Past it’s peak but still a nice wine, particularly with hearty meats. Drink now.

February 10, 2019 - Started off with a bit of fruit. Popped the cork. Let it open for 90 minutes. Decanted during dinner. Just ok. This has seen better days. Thin, astringent with green tannins. Drink em if you got em. Have 2 more.

December 1, 2018 - This 20 year old bottle was in perfect condition. Concentrated flavors of black fruit, fine creamy tannins with balanced acidity. Great vintage of Clerc Milon.
