salad.
April 9, 2023 - Slightly nuttier than my last experience. Perhaps starting to hit the tertiary notes and begin its slow decline. Still great on the palate. We’ll balanced and nicely pulled together with moderate acidity.
It’s a great wine that still has time but I don’t think it’s worth waiting any longer.
March 18, 2023 - Ann loved it, but she likes big wines. While it was good for what it was, I'd prefer a delicate chassagne or a buttery meursault.
February 26, 2023 - Beautiful wine! Some richness and nice depth, but a wonderful white burgundy overall. Such a treat long finish.

November 25, 2021 - Similar to my last experience.
This is showing some lovely reductive flinty notes along with bright citrus and some tropical notes.
Medium weight with medium plus acidity and light tannin.
Great now and continuing to evolve. This should be only get richer in time.
July 29, 2021 - Yellow gold color. Slightly advanced, but not to its detriment. Rich, lush, but with enough acidity to balance the citrus and stone fruits. I would drink up, as it's starting its downward curve imo.

May 8, 2021 - Drinking very well. Stone fruit, floral & herbs. Just the right amount of acidity and minerality.
