December 3, 2020 - Probably at peak. Integrated oak turning to butterscotch notes. Nice fruit and acidity. Very viscous in the mouth, oily in sensation.
Well done Bordeaux Blanc. Certainly the best I've had from WA. -

June 16, 2018 - Much better than the last time I tried this. Nicely integrated flavors and the oak is integrated now. Nice complexity and flavor.
Served with fresh Sockeye and it was a nice pairing.
Would buy again. -
