June 24, 2023 - Fruity jammy for a champagne. Reminds me of saft (Swedish syrup drink) but still refreshing.

April 20, 2023 - Purchased Jan 2022, half bottle. After a few minutes in the glass, nose yeasty with strawberry highlights. On the palate, reads somewhat sweet, strawberries, red apple, a bit creamy. Not much acidity, not much length. Development into a sort of apple peel feeling.
Overall pretty respectable but nothing to write home about.
