Color rojo oscuro para una nariz láctica con menta, yogourth, pinada, romero, ... Cinco años no han sido suficientes para calmar este tinto 80% Monastrell. Sensación en boca potente para un 15º (como mi Jerez) pero con el carácter de la Garnacha Tintorera tan de moda así que buena persistencia. ¿Va a ser este el estandar para los vinos de estilo mediterraneo? Me refiero a alto alcohol, gran Monastrell y color rojo. De todas formas, un toque elegante (¿CS?). LLámalo muy bueno, tres estrellas, ochenta y tantos... Buen acompañamiento para un arroz Abanda con allioli. Calor para los calentitos.
