  April 10, 2023 - hard to rate. the wine seems so young. The domain has acknowledged that they have used too much SO2 and it is likely that the nose will never evolve. It is all about gun flint and sesame. nothing else. a caricature of the "old" Coche style. the palate is great, very good balance, incredible mouth feel. on the second day, bitterness spiked and the wine was not enjoyable.

  April 21, 2021 - decanted for 30 mins. nose dominated by sesame and gun powder, quite a signature for the cuvee. there was still some ripe lemon on the nose. the palate is beautiful, large with zip and length. I liked the style but I can understand why people do not.

  J'ai apprécié la tension de ce vin malgré son oxydation légère qui m'a empêché de le passer en carafe pour tenter de faire disparaître ce pétard au nez. Problème de bouteille sans doutes mais ... j'avoue avoir pris du plaisir en le buvant en faisant abstraction de sa finale. J'adore ce genre de vin tout en tension. Je trouve cela curieux que ces notes de pomme blette apparaissent lors de la finale, mais pas du tout au nez. Impossible de noter ce vin.
