January 28, 2012 - Taste/smell of pears and ginger. A bit too much RS and too much alcohol. A bit over the top. Quite different from my notes a year ago, for the worse.

May 10, 2011 - No notes taken, from memory good, but too much RS for my taste. Good balance. This would work well with spicy Asian dishes and as a casual warm weather aperitif. Might buy again.

December 18, 2010 - Aromas of pear, pineapple, almonds. Good weight on the palate. Taste of pears, toffee/caramel coated apple. Coats the mouth but not cloying. Good complexity.
