July 12, 2012 - Grassy nose with a little pineapple which follows through to the palate with lychee and a good dose of mineral. Medium length. A little sweetness on the finish. Not a fan of SB but quite liked this one.

December 28, 2011 - Grassy, wet grass in fact. Becoming vegetal. Shed load of acidity. Lip smackingly sweet on the finish. Interesting and a little different from characteristic NZ Sauv.
December 24, 2011 - Pretty much bang on for the middle of the road Marlborough style and accordingly hard to get excited about. Thick, ripe, some acid, truckloads of cut grass, but gets a bit hard going for mine.

June 27, 2011 - Very aromatic, plenty of grapefruit, gooseberry and a distinctive grassiness too. Very lively attack on the front palate, zippy, fresh. Good depth of flavour through the mid palate, has finesse and finishes fairly long. One of the better made, less syrupy, NZ Sauvignon's widely available on the UK market; worth the £10.
June 15, 2011 - Grassy, tangy nose. Medium bodied with good acidity, a little bit sour in the finish. High alcohol is noticeable, taking away from the freshness. Still, a solid example of Marlborough SB, and one that I find to be good eventhough I don't really love the style. Was definitely at its best paired with heavier salads.
