December 15, 2015 - Got a case of this some Christmases ago from a shipowner client. Loved it then. Dark ruby with a garnet rim. Plums and stewed strawberries with a hint of leather, garrigue and Earth on the nose. Medium body, with dark fruity palate rounded out by smooth tannins and good acidity. Very good wi e that sure beats many more expensive CDRs.

April 28, 2012 - Earthy and oaky on the nose. Dark berries, tobacco with a hint of pepper and spice. A very good Rhone blend for the price.

February 23, 2012 - Deep color. Nose of ripe red fruit, oregano and lavender. Very impressive volume and depth of flavor for a Cotes du Rhone with a lush mouth feel that is rather amazing. The richness is set off by licorice tones and excellent acidity. I think this is the first time I've ever tasted this domain, and this entry level wine could have held its own with many Chateauneufs. For its humble level, a great accomplishment. I would gladly drink this again.

December 30, 2011 - Dark fruit, spice, tobacco, rich nucaunces of earth tones, Smokey oak on the finish.

May 16, 2011 - Port4olio Tasting (O Hotel, LA): Nose shows reduction in the way of rubber tires. Juicy sweet-tart fruit with a good amount of tannin. Seems to be made in a drink now style.
