August 3, 2021 - Tasted many times during the last 2½ years. Tasting experience differs significantly going from"past it's best" to "too young". This bottle was too young: Lots of non integrated tannin and also licorice. This specific bottle needed ageing. Fortunately only 3 left in cellar.
