Community Tasting Notes 3

December 24, 2016 - Perhaps a couple years past peak, this wine was enjoyable still but lacked an edge or outstanding characteristic to make it notable. Still love the Sheridan fruit in this wine, and a great QPR, but better enjoyed when it still has a bit more stuffing perhaps.

October 5, 2012 - Paired beautifully with Thai food. Nice lengthy finish.

April 15, 2011 - Popped & poured. Deep, dark hue. Closed initially, opened up with time to reveal dark black fruit, black olives & chocolate. Big wine, with black cherries, dark chocolate and pepper on the palate. Pleasant surprise.
