November 15, 2019 - This is not bad, but I can't help but think this btl was better a few years ago. On the nose: honey, tangerine, meyer lemon, a suggestion of oxidation? On the palate: fantastic acidity, more meyer lemon, some bitter oak notes; excellent density, nice texture and a refreshing finish, which leans a bit hot.

June 30, 2016 - It has a lovely light gold color and is really excellent at the moment. Lots going on.

July 14, 2014 - Anniversary Dinner with '61 Lynch Bages (La Belle Vie, Mpls): Light gold color. PNP, drank 2+ glasses over 90 minutes for our anniversary. Another splendid bottle, the nose shows lemon, meyer lemon, saline, white flowers, and minerals. The palate offers a gorgeous oily texture, lemon oil, lemon, meyer lemon, great weight, so elegant and lengthy - 30sec plus with a really nice stony minerality. Loved this bottle, like the previous bottle it had such great poise and energy across the palate. Suddenly, I wish I had more.

July 12, 2013 - Saline on the nose. It evolved and became more floral and fruity with a few hours of air. Somewhat thin on the palate. Was expecting more but still an enjoyable bottle.

May 10, 2013 - Light gold color. PNP, drank 2+ glasses over 1.5hrs. Nose has wonderful citrus fruit with penetrating lime and mineral aromas, earth, honeysuckle, very subtle oak. The palate is energetic, nervy, intense minerality, lively citrus notes, lime, lemon zest, tart, good cut, quite long on the finish. This honey was dancing all over the taste buds, very classy. Drinking very well. 93+pts.
