January 25, 2024 - Last bottle. This has been a great Cabernet Sauvignon. The bottle was opened for about one and a half hours. Still drinking very well.
October 31, 2023 - This has been a great wine. It continues to drink very well. One bottle left. Just opened it for an hour to an hour and a half.
October 21, 2023 - Still fantastic. Popped and poured, no decant necessary. Very aromatic nose, and still has a structure of fruit and well integrated tannins. Delicious with meatloaf. Nice finish as well. Drink now, it’s still in a nice window.
October 19, 2023 - Opened 90 minutes prior to tasting.
Dark magenta color; leather nose.
After
Dense and chewy. Lots of dark fruit with a pronounced cocoa/mocha flavor profile. The tannins have receded, as has the overtly fruit-bomb profile that was apparent shortly after bottling. This will be continues to evolve in an interesting manner, but I suggest drinking it sooner rather than later.
It may have several good years ahead of it, but I don’t see it getting any better than it is right now.
October 15, 2023 - Last bottle, drinking remarkably well. Soft tannins with berry, plum & space flavors. Glad I save this one, wish I had a few more...
August 14, 2023 - Just like a bottle consumed two years ago. Drinking very well, but I have 2025 down as the last year in my drink window. I am inclined to stick with that year. It is not going to get better from here.

April 3, 2023 - This wine was much more enjoyable on the second day. Distinct notes of chocolate and mocha on the nose and palette. This would definitely cellar for a while longer, but is drinking very well right now.
December 22, 2022 - - Brick color - Inky purple and dense. No air necessary. Wonderful vanilla nose. Fruit is front and center followed by heavy oak, which lingers on while the fruit fades rather quickly. I think its beginning its downward journey. Drink up if you still have some.
