January 14, 2023 - Nice rich pear nose and flavor combines with a little yeast and balancing crisp acidity. This lively rich Champagne is still a little closed and young. Age an additional 4+ years.

January 7, 2023 - First notes on the nose after popping were amazing; roasted nuts, burned butter, whipped cream. Unfortunately the taste was rather bleak.
