    July 3, 2018 - Slight orange color - like a sunset.
White fruit (peach, apricot), oxidative, floral, nice sweetness, almonds, herbal elements, good acidity. Lingering finish. Complex finish. Really enjoyable.

June 7, 2018 - This took a full day to fully get going, but once it did, it was strong burnt caramel, almond, sherry, yeat, leather, strawberry, chocolate, and candied fruits. Good mix of red and white flavor profiles. Long finish. I thought it was absolutely fantastic! I’d drink this every night if I could. There’s just so much life to this wine.

December 18, 2017 - Ambar profundo.
