November 13, 2018 - Another lovely bottle of this. Lovely line, minerally and clean withjust a hint of development showing itself as a slightly richer mid-palate before the clean finish. Excellent BB. ***1/2
October 24, 2017 - Started off well, but with some air it revealed itself to be faintly corky.
February 18, 2017 - Lemon, diffuse florals and discreet spice on the nose. Round, fairly simple palate that lacks minerality and layers of nuance. The 2012 BB last week was much more interesting.
December 24, 2016 - Gave it a lot of air. 24h open in the bottle. Very rewarding.
October 2, 2016 - A bit better again.

August 4, 2016 - Langweilig wird's einem mit dem nie! Besser wird er sicher aber auch nicht mehr. Steht jetzt noch sehr gut da. Auch der Bourgogne Blanc 2009 von Roulot zeigt sich recht schlank für einen 2009er. Neben seinem ausgewogenen Charakter zeigt auch dieser die für Roulot Weine vermeintliche Laserstrahlsäure ;-). Vielleicht ein klein wenig abgeschwächt... Immer wieder gerne
June 9, 2016 - Rather mean and anemic compared to previous bottles. On decline, and awkward bottle, or in need of a bit more air? Will revisit this evening... Well, at 24 and 48hrs, it has improved, but still a little lean and shrill cf previous bottles. Bare ***
March 17, 2016 - Zum gefühlten Frühlingsanfang gibt's heute meine letzte Flasche vom 2009er. Na, besser bevor diese auch noch vom Oxi-Gespenst heimgesucht wird. Soweit ist diese Flasche glücklicherweise noch nicht. Wobei die Reifenoten schon etwas präsenter sind als vor zehn Monaten. Die an hochwertigen, wenn es sowas geben sollte, Zitronentee und reife gelbe Äpfel erinnernde Fruchtaromen sind immer noch ganz gut in Schuss. Besser als bei fast allen anderen Bourgogne Blancs allemal. Auch die für 2009 recht lebendige Säure hat es noch drauf. Auch alles ander passt noch gut! Ach scheiße … ich glaub ich hol mir doch noch ein paar. Das Gespenst scheint noch weit weg zu sein ...
