October 10, 2021 - Dom Pérignon / Vosne-Romanée Tasting-cum-Lunch (Restaurant Slagerij De Beurs, Amsterdam, NL): Masculine style, rich black fruit, transparent but concentrated, lovely new oak, beautiful terroir expression. Drinking very well, good future. One of the stars of today's tasting.

November 6, 2020 - Pre birthday lunch, pop & decanted, served blind, guessing Burgundy from 2000s, thought Gevrey, beautiful Pinot, will improve, solid wine

September 12, 2020 - My bottle brought over for dinner at Wimborne. Drank over 2+ hours. Drank in Grassl Cru.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose medium+ intensity, with aromas of perfumed floral spice, rich moist earth with a very light tinge of barnyard, dark red cherries, red plum. Some tea leaves ?chai with air. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium+ alcohol (13.5%), integrated medium+ tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of red plum, dark red cherries, purple boysenberry, rich moist earth. Sweet tea leaves with air. Long finish.
Very good quality. Lovely and in a good drinking spot I like. Can still develop over the next 4-5 years also.

June 6, 2020 - Served blind, light Pinot color, guessing Burg, lots of lovely red cherry fruits, fairly young, thought was from the late 2000s, 09 Lamarche Suchots, lovely wine

June 22, 2018 - Vosne spices, good length & mid palate, good concentration but probably 2-3 years from being in its drinking window
