    December 18, 2019 - Drinking perfectly now...Mellow as Zins go. Not overly ripe and paired well with a medium spicy sushi dinner.

    February 8, 2015 - - Garnet color and aromas of licorice anise. It's balanced and has flavours of blackberry, black currant and black pepper with a medium/full body. Polished texture with a long finish - One of the best sins I've had in a while. Spicy and yet has a lot of black fruit undertones.
