June 5, 2022 - Deep ruby color-no brick. Red berries and licorice on the mid palate.
April 16, 2022 - Deep color, dense ripe berry. A ton of alcohol on the finish. Drink.
May 14, 2021 - Deep ruby color. Black fruit nose and mid-palate. Still has a few years to go but best soon.
December 18, 2019 - Drinking perfectly now...Mellow as Zins go. Not overly ripe and paired well with a medium spicy sushi dinner.
August 10, 2017 - Agree with others. This wine is drinking very well. Drink by dates are a bit off.

February 8, 2015 - - Garnet color and aromas of licorice anise. It's balanced and has flavours of blackberry, black currant and black pepper with a medium/full body. Polished texture with a long finish - One of the best sins I've had in a while. Spicy and yet has a lot of black fruit undertones.
August 21, 2014 - I love Zinfandel. This is hot, unbalanced short on front end zin fruit. No comparison to Carlisle, Turley, Biale, JC Cohn, etc. Attenuated finish. One of the greatest zins I ever tasted was a prior vintage of this wine. No more. So sad.
March 25, 2014 - - Purple color and aromas of blackberry. It's in total harmony and has flavours of blackberry, raspberry and strawberry jam with a medium/full body. Round texture with a long finish - Wonderful
