December 12, 2011 - Beautiful bottle, perfect with a simple green pea risotto. Medium red, translucent color. Lots of Cab Franc aromas, some fruit left with more mature aromas and flavors of dried leaves/forest floor.
Expressive nose. Good acidity, tannins almost resolved. I would guess this is prime time, peak drinking window based on this one bottle.
