February 11, 2024 - Complex and lots of tertiary notes. Drink now.

December 5, 2021 - Seems I'm the only one drinking these right now, shame as they are showing as well now as they ever have imo. Nice mature Bordeaux with cassis, plum, cherry, tobacco and wood easy to find. Overall resolved and in a nice place now.

July 20, 2021 - Decanted for 2 hours, threw fine sediment. Best bottle yet. Fully mature Bordeaux with cherry, tobacco, blackberry and earth. Medium bodied and very smooth with mostly resolved tannins and plenty of fruit still. a few bottles left, hope they all show this well. Nice.

January 2, 2020 - Well stored bottle, opened and splash decant. Almost identical to note from 8/25/2018. Lots of cherry and tobacco initially with some cedar showing still. Medium bodied, nicely balanced and with plenty of fruit and some secondary notes easy to find. Resolved and easy to drink, some of these minor bdx's from the underrated 2001 vintage seem to be showing pretty well.
