November 8, 2023 - This is ready and improved with about 90 minutes of air. As others have noted, this is a muscular almost burly wine. The structure is at the forefront of the wine, but the red fruits carry it well. It is just veering from primary to secondary and I think this has some improvement left. It’s a nice example of a lesser known climat from a good year. Drink or hold.

September 25, 2023 - Very muscular. Seems at the same time tight and having some tertiary, slightly faded notes. Solid, but not wow.

January 8, 2022 - Richer style Côte de Beaune with cherry and plum fruit, hints of hedgerows and vanilla on the nose, with a sweet fruit start going onto more austere and complex flavours. V good.

August 29, 2021 - This was very closed. Upon decanting this opened up nicely, but still fell short of my expectations given the age of the vines. Overall classy, but very understated.
I recommend to either open a couple of hours in advance or decant and leave for an hour. Will try the next bottle in two years.

May 14, 2021 - This is rather refined for the vineyard, but still rustic for a 2009 BC. I opened this and followed over 6 hours. It really came together upon the second hour. Not great, but very good. Excellent tipicity. Maybe two years from peak, but there is no harm in opening these today. Kind of wish that I had another case to follow for another decade.
