July 31, 2020 - This had the typical old vine Lafarge feel but was surprisingly more lean and acidic than the vintage would indicate (was almost 2008 in nature). Over time though it gained weight and the last few glasses were much more full and well balanced. Texture was beautiful throughout but give this a good amount of air for it to show its best -- an hour in a decanter was barely enough. It has the structure to last much longer and I don't plan to open this again for a few more years at least.

June 3, 2019 - A very pleasant well balanced Burgundy that gradually strengthened as the night wore on. Smooth with a decent finish.

April 13, 2016 - Pretty and light. Enjoyable, not particularly complex, but with fine fruit and a clear expression. 89-90
