May 24, 2019 - This is still on the taciturn side, needing lots of air before showing it’s true density and promise.

March 15, 2019 - Very pleasant, ethereal wine with nice minerality and sweet grip. No blockbuster in weight or density, but super clean and pure.

September 22, 2017 - On the fruity side, dark cherries dominating, some baking spices showed up as well, in the mouth balanced, consistent throughout start to finish, nice tension underneath the fruits, not overly complex, but easily accessible. One third of the bottle left for the next day and hasn't moved at all, same freshness and vigor.

May 3, 2017 - This wasn't as nice as the bottles consume in the last couple of years. Nothing at all wrong with it, and the '09 vintage leaves a wonderfully smooth wine to drink with no edges, but it's also not terribly interesting either. It's a nice PN, but I'd like a little more from a Gevrey, even if it is an AC from a Negoce.

March 4, 2017 - Opened about two hours prior to tasting. Very fruit-forward, accessible 2009. Shows nice complexity on the nose and palate. Rich raspberry/cherry, toasty oak, and a touch of baking spices. Everything is quite well balanced and it has a good sense of depth. I suspect it's getting close to peak right now but then will be drinking well for quite a while.
