June 2, 2023 - Deep, clear red colour. Cranberry, cherry and asphalt on nose. Rounded smooth mouthfeel. Cranberry, cherry and a touch of acid bite. Needed time to open. Enjoyable and in a good place to drink.

October 1, 2021 - Clear red colour. White pepper, dark fruits on nose with a bit of funk. Rounded and smooth in the mouth. Dark fruits, barnyard flavours. Good tannic bite and long finish. Enjoyable but needs food.

October 30, 2020 - Deep, clear red colour. White pepper and red berry nose. Touch of vanilla and strawberry in the mouth with a little bit of liquorice. Long, smooth, enjoyable finish. Opened up over an hour. Drinking well.

August 18, 2017 - Supple and modern style, silky and well-balanced, hint of toasty oak, pine and smoke, but without the minerality and sauvage I associate with Cornas (e.g. from Clape), medium body, slightly anonymous, soft acidity but relatively dry tannins, slightly pinched finish, good length.

March 3, 2013 - Decanted 3 hours then brought to a dinner. Tasted roughly 6 hours after being opened. Dark fruits, smokiness, good bit of minerals and cured meat. Very young but solid.
