    Very big but still young.

November 6, 2014 - Really enjoyed this - decanted for 1 hour and served with grilled pork chops. Lots of sediment in the bottle. Dark black / purple color. Lavendar/garrigue, glycerin, blackberry, floral on nose. On palate, full body (but balanced) with black cherry, blackberry jam, fig flavor profile. Medium+ finish. Really enjoyed this and went great with the pork chops. 91+

March 28, 2013 - Based on earlier notes, I had let this one cellar for a while. It is drinking very nicely, but does not offer much in terms of complexity. The fruit is fresh and forthcoming, but the finish is rather short and light. Perhaps it is in a off period, so I would recommend to wait a year or two before trying again.

December 7, 2011 - Pure dark fruit. Great balance. Clean and focused even with the relatively forward fruit. A nice pure expression of fruit without softness and oak. Great for the price.

December 3, 2011 - Baked fruits with rustic notes almost like an old Spanish wine. Generous fruit with a very nice acid and tannin combo. No signs of softness or oak. Very nice. Excellent value.

November 5, 2011 - Very nice - needs some time to gain complexity - as in 1 year or so. Drinking fine now although fruit dominates. Blackberry, garrigue on nose. On palate, full bodied, good acidic structure (was great with lamb chops) & blackberry, black cherry, glycerin on palate. On inital opening, a little plummy/grapey so let is open for 30 minutes or so if drinking now. I really enjoyed. 90+ [Edit- wine going strong on night 2 - interesting to see how this would age for 5+ years].
