April 15, 2012 - Sweet, with juicy acidity, active bubbles, and raspberry, blackberry, pomegranate, cherries, and floral flavors. A touch of sweet chamomile throughout. Sweet wines, aside from Sauternes, Tokaji, Port, etc; aren't my thing, but this was good.

March 26, 2012 - Nice dessert wine. Very sweet with lots of red berry notes (think raspberry and strawberry). A little too sweet for my taste, but a great pairing for rich chocolate desserts, and for those whom shy away from dry sparklers.
