June 25, 2020 - Needs a few hours to open up. Pretty good but won’t last much longer.

September 18, 2017 - This wine which was god awful in its' youth, has evolved to a very balanced drinkable shiraz.

    September 16, 2017 - Very Good.

Clear, deep, ruby to broad garnet rim, legs.
Clean, developing nose of earth, damson, plum and vanilla.
Dry, medium acid, medium persistent firm tannins, medium (+) alcohol, medium body, medium intensity flavours of damson, blackberry and vanilla. Alcohol sticks out a little on the medium (+) length.

Very good, though alcohol sticks out a little. Further developed than I expected, the whole thing seems a little 'over cooked'.

    Screwcap.

June 9, 2017 - Deep crimson red colour, little hue. Aroma of dried oak and musk, bay leaf and herbs. Black fruit, raisin and clove. Pepper, licorce and leather. 14.4% alc but not evident in the aroma. Medium body, strong slightly harsh tannin. Acidic finish. The acidicity disappears after a couple of hours and becomes smoothly and slightly fuller.

Excellant vin. Pourrait facilement vieillir encore quelques années selon moi.
