At about 3 hours, began to get much more interesting. ample acidtiy, some tannin and tartness on the medium plus finish. Perhaps some lingering oak as well. I do not have enough experience with aging Burgs to speculate as to whether this will improve with time. but it may lack the depth for extended cellaring. It is certainly a nice drink now with some air.
