November 29, 2014 - We love this wine. Not sure we will buy champagne again while we can get this.

May 20, 2012 - Extremely light and almost clear, strong sense of bubbles. Aromas of almonds and yeast. Tastes sweet cream with crisp end. Integrated crisp and dry. Well done

December 29, 2011 - this note is being written after the fact. had ordered this wine for the table at The Manor. went to their weds. seafood buffet which is spectacular. this is their house bubbly. shared with pat, ellen and mahesh. the wine is very champagne like. nice tight and persistent bubbles. light color. made in a semi-dry style. moderate amounts of yeast and almonds in the mouth. very clean. satisfying. we have subsequently tasted later cuvees many times at Richard's Best Cellar in Wilton Manors. always a treat.
