  January 3, 2012 - Drank this entirely with food and all on the first day and the result was a much more pleasurable experience. Light, red-fruited, earthy, minerally, and with great acidity. Drinking well now on pop and pour.

  November 8, 2011 - Very light-bodied with red fruits, iron, and clove on the nose. Tart cherry and raspberry palate with dirt and rocky minerals. Nice acidity. Fine, dusty tannins. Faded significantly on day 2. A simple, everyday food wine that is ready to drink now.

  October 26, 2011 - Color: Between garnet and ruby, and very, very light.
  
  Nose: Shy, but eventually the following scents emerge: sweet cherry and raspberry, earth, pollen, iron, and a sharp smokiness.
  
  Mouthfeel: Light but silky.
  
  Palate: Cherry, cranberry, and a nice touch of earth and spice, with soft, powdery tannins. Pleasant, medium-length finish.
