February 3, 2011 - Absolutely amazing aromas of fresh cut grass, lime, grapefruit, combine for a wonderful boquet. The flavors on the palate that come through have bright citrus tones and a stoney aspect. The finish actually is more flavorful than the mid-palate and you can still taste this wine for a full minute. ($14)

July 2, 2009 - A little flat, acidic and sour. Not typical of a marlborough SB

June 17, 2009 - Day 2: Revisited the 2nd half of the bottle, chilled. Pale with the slighest hint of silver/yellow. Lots of sweet, but not overripe, pineapple on the nose. Delicious. Nicely balanced. I didn't notice the acidity like I did 2 nights ago. Nice, sloooow, finish. Would recommend, especially for anyone looking for an elegant summer white to share with friends.

May 29, 2009 - A surprisingly rich Sauvignon Blanc, featuring aromas of flowers, lemon, and petrol. Needs a bit of time to unfold; cellar short-term.

December 9, 2008 - Big nose - citrus and honeysuckle and some herbaceousness. Lots of crisp green apple on the tongue but with a disappointingly short finish. Good acid balance, though.

July 27, 2008 - Heavy duty and intense sour fruits. Not for anyone wanted a light white. Nicely acidic. Held up nicely to spicy asian food

May 30, 2008 - A refined, full bodied Sauvignon blanc. Very powerful nose of citrus, passion fruit and cat pee. Savory on the palate with some herbs, grass and mineral notes towards the long finish. Not bad but I like my NZSB a little lighter.
