  January 19, 2022 - Pity, no disgorgement information on the bottle... but according to the size of the cork I would assume 2-4 years old.
  
  At first it starts with an averagely intense apple bouquet.
  Body is low to medium, yet fresh and pleasant. The dosage and fruit balance is excellent. A very nicely integrated bit of oak but no bitterness.
  There is some surprising somehow "broad" pushy acidity (contrary to a pointy stingy acidity).
  
  Mostly lemon and minerality henceforth.
  
  Drinks absolutely gorgeous. Just enough fruit sweetness to make you want another sip but it quickly fades with the nice acidity and oak body.
  
  Didnt survive long to see how it develops with another day. I would suspect more precise even.
  
  I am very very curious to try the 2006 vintage next.

  December 25, 2013 - Grower producer (RM) made. Medium gold color. A more masculine style, great aromatics: toasty, yeasty bread; spiced, baked apple; poached, white pear; and some chalky minerality. Full, and dry on the palate. Love the QPR.
