October 13, 2019 - Deep gold color, Excellent mouthfeel, toast biscuit on the nose, almond and apple note, delicious drinking well now

September 12, 2019 - Identical to a bottle 9 months ago. From regular glass. Doughy bready nose, citrus, apple, excellent minerally acidity, medium bodied, rich mouthfeel, some complexity, long finish. Drinking well, should continue to do so for at least 5 years, longer for those who like more aged notes. Excellent.

September 6, 2019 - A Ledbury lunch (The Ledbury, London): Magnum. Full straw to pale gold. Maybe a little more evolved than ideal, but very fresh and rounded compared to some bottle of this. This is lovely. Some toasty, biscuity maturity, but freshness and line too. Really very good, bar possibly just a slight lack of drive on the finish. Nonetheless, super wine. ****1/2

    September 2, 2019 - Pol Roger Vintage 2002.
    Ganske gul i frukten her.
    Pent krydderdryss.
    Fin nese det her.
Moden på smak og frukten begynner å svinne litt hen.
    Lang med mye syre. 89p

September 2, 2019 - Golden, pinprick bubbles, clear. Bread crust, red ripe fruit, green apple nose. Red fruit, green apple and honey taste. Lovely fruit, nice depth, good balance. Rich and full, a bit creamy.
