April 9, 2017 - No better or worse than when I tasted this 1 year ago. Still a good value for under $20. Prefer with food rather than on its own.

July 2, 2016 - Good merlot, but not one of Ty's best. I enjoy almost everything form this winery, and this merlot is good...but right or wrong, I expected more. For the price I got this at ($16), this is a great buy.

December 12, 2015 - Poured a dark purple with dark fruit (plums, blackberries, etc.) on the nose and palate. Hits of vanilla. Nice balance.

June 17, 2015 - Just doesn't hit what we thought the potential would be. Nice dark red color in the glass, with dark red fruit on the nose and palate with a little green vegetal tones ... not bad at all, but it just isn't quite in sync.

September 5, 2011 - Not as good as the first bottle over 3 months ago ... less fruit and more tannins. Even after decanting and waiting 30 minutes, it didn't open up much. Dark red fruit on the nose and palate. I'll wait some time before drinking the other 2 bottles.
